What we do [00]

We are the European experts in the cultivation and supply of medical cannabis products, from plant to patient.

With a cultivation facility located in Northern Greece, we are in prime position for European distribution.

The medical cannabis market in Europe was worth €4.1bn in 2019 and is expected to reach €43.3bn by 2027

The Facility [01]

Hellenic Dynamics operates from a secure, custom designed 195,506 square meter facility located just 48 miles from Thessaloniki, Greece’s second largest city, which has daily direct flights to all major target markets across Europe.

The facility has been designed to produce the highest quality dried medical cannabis flowers and extracts with one of the lowest costs of production in Europe. This is underpinned by access to some of the most competitive utilities in Europe and the site having its own dedicated water supply by way of a number of underground reservoirs. Based near the town of Kilkis, Hellenic Dynamics is also able to leverage a large skilled local workforce, bringing much needed employment to the area.

Previously a United Nations military facility, the site consists of 14 buildings and uniquely a number of over ground bunkers where initial plant cultivation is housed. Construction is also due to begin on a 10,000 square meter fully enclosed greenhouse, which Hellenic intents to use via a phased approach utilizing revues to expand overall cultivation area.

All dried flowers to be produced in phase one of operations have been presold to licensed distributors – initially in Europe’s largest medical cannabis market of Germany with further distribution lines into other European markets underway.

The facility will adhere to all relevant EU regulations including Good Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”) and Good Agricultural Collection Practice (“GACP”) for end products.

Cultivation [02]

Hellenic Dynamic’s lead products are THC dominant dried medical cannabis flowers which occupy the largest market share of European prescriptions and are also the most under supplied. An extraction facility has been planned to be operational when European demand for medical cannabis extracts is deemed to be significant enough for the production and sales of both THC flowers and oils. The cultivation strategy is based on several phases with each phase increasing the total cultivation area based on growing European demand for medical cannabis products.

AND BEYOND

The Hellenic Dynamics cultivation licence allows a total of 40,000 square meters of active medical cannabis cultivation area. At full production this could produce over 54,000 kg of dried flowers per annum. With ample space on the facility to increase production, Hellenic Dynamics can be the dominant supplier of medical cannabis flowers within Europe by the high quality of its finished products coupled with one of the lowest costs of production in Europe.

Medical innovation [03]

Medical cannabis, especially in higher THC doses, has been approved for use in the United Kingdom and Germany plus 24 other European countries for conditions including but not limited to chronic pain, Spinal cord treatment, Anxiety, HIV/AIDS Appitite loss, Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, PTSD, Chemotherapy side effects, Glaucoma, Anorexia, Lennox- Gastaut syndrome, Alzheimer’s, Dravet syndrome, Tourette’s syndrome, Intractable spasticity and Cachexia.

Hellenic Dynamics strongly believes that controlling every aspect of the cultivation cycle of medical cannabis flowers is the best way to maximize the benefit of this medicine to patients. Specific cannabis genetics have also been shown to have differing effects against certain pain indicators. To address this issue, Hellenic Dynamics has formed several partnerships to begin research and development studies of our genetics in order to conduct efficacy trials against pain indictors in patients. This will allow Hellenic Dynamics to be at the forefront of the next evolution of the medical cannabis industry by way of registering certain strains at the E.U. level to produce IP protected genetics.

Germany legalised the use of medical cannabis in 2017. As such, it has the most advanced import and distribution legislation in Europe coupled with the highest standards for product specification.

The Hellenic Dynamics facility has been constructed from the ground up with this product specification in mind. A state-of-the-art laboratory has been designed to assist the cultivation team to ensure all products that leave the facility are of the highest possible quality and adhere to all requirements for import, not only in Germany, but all other target markets across Europe.

This means that testing for all the parameters required in each target market are conducted on site to ensure product compliance. A separate, second series of the same tests are conducted by our customers on products landing in our target markets.
